Ephesians 6:10-24

God gives you special “armor” (truth, faith, prayer) to stand strong when tough things happen—like bad thoughts or stress. This armor isn’t heavy or confusing; it’s Jesus’s power working through you. When you pray and read your Bible, you get tools to see God’s promises and stay hopeful. You do need to stand up with this armor because Jesus gave it to you to fight the lies in this world.
