Steve

Steve is the Lead Pastor at Enfield Baptist Church and is passionate about creating a community where people can explore faith in honest, down to earth ways.

He knows church can feel unfamiliar or awkward if you have not grown up with it, so he is committed to making Enfield a welcoming, curious, and safe place for real questions and real life. Steve believes faith is less about having everything sorted and more about learning how to live well, love generously, and walk with others through both joy and struggle.

Steve brings years of experience in pastoral leadership and community work, but he is just as happy sharing a coffee as leading a conversation. He enjoys thoughtful dialogue, gentle humour, and keeping things grounded.

Steve is married to Vicki, has three adult children, a grandchild, and a Border Collie who thinks she is in charge.
